Returns and refunds where there is a genuine issue will be accepted.  Orders that have been despatched cannot be cancelled. Orders are usually sent out the day after you place your order, so please let us know within 24 hours, via email, if you wish to cancel your order.

If you have received your products and you wish to return them,  before raising an issue, please bear in mind that due to our products being made by hand in small batches, products will quite naturally differ in appearance than those depicted in photographs on our website. Though we try to maintain up-to-date photos of each batch, this is not always necessary or possible. Any deviation from your anticipated design is purely artistic and does not constitute grounds for a refund on the basis  that the product is not as advertised in this respect. That the product is handmade and therefore cannot meet the consistent, identical standards offered by mechanical, large scale factory processes is inherent in the term 'handmade'. Slight imperfections in cosmetic appearance, i.e. tiny air pockets, oat spots, uneven edges or surfaces due to hand cutting or unmoulding etc. are again quite natural and do not affect the performance quality, cosmetic profile,  performance characteristics or essential safety of any of our products. We will consider returns for genuine reasons where items remain unopened and unused.

 

For refunds please contact us via email to explain your issue, including photos where applicable . Refunds for products which have been damaged in your care cannot be refunded. Refunds for un-opened goods  will be refunded upon receipt of their return.
